When it activates
Scribeable activates a calculator from the encounter. The Calcium Corrected for Albumin can activate when the transcript or pasted chart context documents any of these:

Scoring
Corrected Ca = Measured Ca + 0.8 × (4.0 − albumin)
Corrected Ca = Total serum calcium in mg/dL + 0.8 × (4.0 − Serum albumin in g/dL)
Interpretation
Normal corrected Ca: 8.5–10.5 mg/dL. <8.5: True hypocalcemia — check PTH, vitamin D, magnesium. >10.5: True hypercalcemia — consider PTHrP, malignancy, granulomatous disease, vitamin D toxicity. Ionized calcium is preferred when available.
