The safety line is never a default
The psychiatry exam default is a mental status exam. Suicidal and homicidal ideation are carved out of it: that line comes from what was said in the visit, or you confirm it yourself before it is written.
Rating scales computed in code
PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS, MDQ, AIMS, CIWA-Ar and AUDIT-C are part of the 236 calculators computed in code, not recalled by the model. A stated score that disagrees is flagged for you to correct.

Is there a free tier?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial with a card on file, up to 150 notes. Cancel before day 14 and nothing is charged. Otherwise Pro is $79 a month for unlimited notes. Lite is $39 a month for 100 notes, with no trial.
Will it write "denies SI/HI" when nobody asked?
No. The risk line is carved out of the psychiatry exam default. It is written from what was said in the visit, and if the visit did not cover it, you confirm it yourself.
Does it work for telepsychiatry?
Yes. In the web cockpit, turn on telehealth mode and share the tab your video visit runs in. Your voice and the patient’s arrive on separate channels. If your browser cannot share tab audio, it records your microphone only and tells you.
What if my note format is different?
Paste a note you already wrote and Scribeable builds a template from its headers and layout, with patient details stripped before anything is saved. On Pro, the founder will also set your templates up with you.
Can it score a PHQ-9 from the visit?
When the visit gives it the item responses, PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS and the other scales are computed in code. A stated score that disagrees is flagged for correction.
What is Founding Physician pricing?
