Scribeable for Telehealth, Locums, Concierge & Mobile Providers

Telehealth visits don’t talk like clinic visits. Your scribe shouldn’t pretend they do.

Most ambient scribes have one mic and a guess about who said what. Scribeable captures you and the visit audio as two discrete channels. Interpreters and family members get their own paragraph — not a relabel of someone who never said it.

What changes when the scribe knows the channel.

Three things most ambient scribes can’t do without rewriting their pipeline.

Speaker Separation

Knows who said what.

Stereo capture means your microphone is one channel and the visit audio is the other. Every paragraph is labeled Clinician, Remote, or Remote 2 — never an inference. Interpreters and family members get their own line, not a relabel of the patient.

Platform Agnostic

Works on whatever your patient logged into.

Browser extension or iOS app captures the visit conversation regardless of which video platform the patient opened. No plugin to install. No partnership required. Nothing the patient has to download.

Portable

Locums today. Concierge tomorrow.

Your account, your templates, your notes — portable across every employer, every state, every credentialing change. Cancel anytime; export every note in 30 days.

The layer above the microphone

How the speaker separation actually works.

No black box. No diarization guesswork. Channel role is authoritative.

1

Stereo capture

Your microphone feeds channel 0. The visit audio (patient, family, interpreter — anyone on the other end) feeds channel 1. No mixing. No silent downmix to mono.

2

Discrete channel decoding

Both channels reach Deepgram with multichannel and diarization on. Channel 0 IS the clinician — not an inference. Diarization runs as enrichment within each channel, not across them.

3

Labeled paragraphs

Every paragraph gets a Clinician badge or a Remote badge. When an interpreter or family member speaks, they become Remote 2 / Remote 3 — not a relabel of someone who never said it.

4

Two-pass verification

A draft note is generated speaker-aware. A verification pass catches mis-attributed lines before you sign off. The architecture is documented; nothing about it is a black box.

What you see in the transcript

ClinicianHi Mrs. Lopez, can you hear me alright?
RemoteYes, doctor. I have my daughter here translating.
Remote 2She’s saying her chest pain came back this morning.

Built for the workflow you actually have.

Independent clinicians don’t practice the way the org chart says they do.

Telehealth-only

Built for it. Not retrofitted.

Stereo capture, speaker labels, multichannel crash recovery. The differentiator other ambient scribes can’t ship without rewriting their audio pipeline.

Locums

Your scribe, not your hospital’s.

Account moves with you. Templates port across every job. No re-onboarding the AI every time the assignment changes.

Concierge / DPC

In the room and on the call.

In-home visits via the iOS app. Hybrid follow-ups via the browser extension. One scribe, both modes, same templates.

Mobile / house calls

On the iPad in the kitchen.

iOS for the bedside. Browser extension for the telehealth follow-up later that day. The note format does not care which device caught the visit.

Simple pricing. Start where the volume is.

Locums often start on Lite while volume builds. Full-time independent clinicians settle on Pro.

Lite

$39/mo

40 AI notes a month. All note formats. HIPAA + BAA included. The locums starter.

Pro

Most independent clinicians

$79/mo

~$2.60/day · less than a cup of coffee

150 AI notes, After Visit Summaries, 35+ document types, ICD-10 & HCC coding, Template Marketplace, 2 rounding sessions/week.

Coming from another scribe? Or from no scribe?

Four steps. Don’t cancel anything until you’ve compared the notes.

1

Pick your surface

Browser extension if most of your visits are on a laptop. iOS app if you split between in-home and virtual. Both are free to install.

2

Run a real telehealth visit

Test on your next 3-person call — patient, family or interpreter, you. Read the note. Notice the Remote / Remote 2 labeling.

3

Compare against what you have now

Run Scribeable in parallel for a week. Compare speaker attribution, compare what the note caught, compare what you had to fix.

4

Cancel the loser

Whichever you trust more after a week of real visits, keep. Cancel the other. The decision is yours, made on real notes.

The only interest we have in your patient data is protecting it.

Signed BAAs with Anthropic, Deepgram, and Google Cloud — each prohibits training on PHI routed through our pipeline. Bootstrapped, no VC, no parent company with a broader data strategy. Export every note in 30 days if you decide to leave.

Start your 14-day trial.

No credit card. Full Pro features. Use it on your next telehealth visit, your next house call, or wherever the assignment puts you.
