An AI scribe for doctors, built by a practicing physician
Scribeable is built by a practicing physician for the part of clinic nobody puts on the schedule: the note. It checks its own draft before you see it, asks you a question when something is unclear, and tells you what it costs on this page.
What a doctor needs from an AI scribe
Not a transcript, and not a draft you have to rebuild. You need a note you can read once, fix where it needs fixing, and sign. The hard part of a visit isn't the words. It's the moments the recording leaves open: a dose the patient half remembered, a medication they stopped last month, a plan you said out loud and then changed. A scribe that guesses through those moments hands you a note you have to recheck line by line. A scribe that flags them hands you the open questions instead of hiding them in the text.
It asks before it guesses
Every Scribeable note goes through two passes. The first pass drafts the note from the visit. The second is a separate verification pass. When the audio or the chart context is ambiguous, it doesn't pick an answer for you. It asks you a clarification question instead of guessing, and you supply the missing fact before you finish the note. You still read the note and you still sign it. The difference is that the unclear parts come to you as questions first.
One click into the chart
When the note is done, the Scribeable browser extension inserts it into any web-based EHR with one click. It goes in as text, where you put it. Everywhere else, copy it to the clipboard and paste it. The extension doesn't write back to your EHR, file anything on its own or sync in the background. You review the note in the chart and sign it the way you already do.
The price, up front
Pro is $79 a month, or $790 a year, with unlimited notes. Founding Physician pricing is $39 a month for Pro, with unlimited notes and every Pro feature, for the first 500 NPI-verified physicians. That rate is held while your subscription stays continuously active. The price is on this page, not behind a demo.

Common questions
Do I still need to review the note?
Yes. Read every note before you sign it. Scribeable's separate verification pass asks you a clarification question when the audio or chart context is ambiguous, so the unclear parts reach you as questions. The signature, and the final read, stay yours.
Does it work with my EHR?
If your EHR runs in a web browser, the Scribeable extension inserts the finished note with one click, as text. Anywhere else, copy the note and paste it. The extension is one-click insert, not write-back or auto-sync.
How much does an AI scribe from Scribeable cost?
Pro is $79 a month ($790 a year) with unlimited notes. The first 500 NPI-verified physicians get Founding Physician pricing: Pro, with unlimited notes and every Pro feature, for $39 a month, held while the subscription stays continuously active.
Who builds Scribeable?
