Features

Does Scribeable integrate with my EHR?

Yes! We support Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and other major EHRs. Export via one-tap copy to clipboard or our Chrome browser extension for direct EHR field mapping. Direct SMART on FHIR integration is on our roadmap for enterprise customers.
Features

What note types are supported?

Scribeable supports 15+ note types including Progress Notes (SOAP), H&P, Consults, Discharge Summaries, Procedure Notes, and more. Notes are customizable by specialty.
Features

What is Rounding Mode?

Rounding Mode allows you to capture documentation for multiple patients during a single recording session. Scribeable automatically segments the audio, matches it to the correct patient records, and generates individual clinical notes. This feature is available on all paid subscription plans.
Billing

What subscription plans are available?

We offer Lite ($39/mo for 100 notes) and Pro ($79/mo for unlimited notes) for individual practitioners. Annual billing saves 17% (2 months free). Practices, clinics, and health systems get the Practice plan, custom per-provider pricing with unlimited notes; contact us. Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial of full Pro (up to 150 notes); if you do not subscribe when it ends, your account goes read-only until you do.
Billing

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. If you subscribed on the web, change or cancel your plan in Settings > Billing. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, change or cancel it in Apple Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Billing

Can I move my subscription from the App Store to the web, or the other way?

Yes, in three steps. Cancel the current subscription where you bought it (Apple Settings > Subscriptions for the App Store, Settings > Billing on the web). Keep using Scribeable until the period you already paid for ends. Then subscribe on the other side. You cannot hold both at once, so the new subscription can only start after the old one has ended. Your notes, templates, and history stay on your account the whole time.
Enterprise

Can we run Scribeable alongside our current scribe?

Yes. We call this the Parallel Pilot: for 30 days, clinicians in one department use Scribeable alongside your current scribe, and we measure MIPS capture delta and HCC completeness delta against your incumbent. If Scribeable is not measurably better on both, you keep the data and walk away at no cost. Request the spec at /contact?plan=enterprise&offer=parallel-pilot.
Enterprise

What happens if our team isn't saving time by week 2?

We call this the Switch Guarantee. If a clinician is not saving time against their prior documentation workflow by the end of week 2 of active use, we refund the prorated subscription for that user and help them export any notes they've created. The guarantee is anchored to time-to-complete per note, measured by the clinician against their own baseline — not a number we produce. Contact sales for the full terms.
