    We check it against the public CMS NPI registry while you wait. Apply with the email on your Scribeable account. Nothing is charged at this step.

  2. Step 2

    We review it

    A person reviews each application. Approval emails you a secure Stripe link for monthly ($39) or annual ($390) billing.

  3. Step 3

    Pay, and the seat is yours

    Your account moves to the Founding Physician rate the moment checkout completes. The rate holds while the subscription stays continuously active.
