Scoring
0: No pain. 1-3: Mild pain (can be ignored, does not interfere with activities). 4-6: Moderate pain (interferes with tasks, concentration maintained with effort). 7-10: Severe pain (unable to perform duties, dominates senses, significantly limits function).

Interpretation
0: No pain — maintenance therapy if applicable. 1-3: Mild — consider non-pharmacologic measures, NSAIDs, acetaminophen. 4-6: Moderate — multimodal analgesia, consider adjuvants. 7-10: Severe — aggressive pain management, reassess frequently. Clinically significant change: >=2-point reduction or >=30% improvement from baseline. Document trends, not just single values.
