Interpretation
≤24: Low risk — standard precautions. 25-44: Moderate risk — implement fall prevention protocol. ≥45: High risk — high-risk interventions (bed alarm, 1:1 sitter consideration, non-skid footwear).

How Scribeable handles it in the note
