1. Eligibility
The Founding Physician program is available to licensed physicians (MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent) with an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) verified via the CMS NPI Registry. The program is capped at the first 500 verified applicants.
2. Price
Founding Physician members subscribe at $39.00 USD per month (or $390.00 USD per year on annual billing), for Pro-tier product features. The locked rate applies only during periods of continuous active subscription (with no lapse exceeding thirty (30) days), for the duration of the Founding Physician program, or until Scribeable exercises its right to sunset per Clause 6 — whichever occurs first.
3. Continuous subscription requirement
If a Founding Physician subscription cancels, expires, or enters a dunning state that does not resolve within thirty (30) days, the locked rate terminates and does not apply to subsequent subscriptions, which will be priced at then-current Pro rates.
4. Downgrade
Downgrading to Lite or Free terminates the locked rate, and a subsequent upgrade back to Pro will be priced at then-current Pro rates. Upgrading to Team or Enterprise converts the individual subscription to the group tier; the locked rate does not transfer to Team seats.
5. Annual NPI verification
Scribeable re-verifies member NPIs once per calendar year. If verification fails and is not resolved within sixty (60) days, the locked rate terminates.
6. Program sunset
Scribeable reserves the right to sunset the Founding Physician program. In such an event, Scribeable will provide existing members at least twelve (12) months’ written notice before modifying the locked rate. Members may continue at the locked rate for the full notice period.
7. Non-transferable
Founding Physician status is personal and non-transferable. Member numbers are assigned in order of enrollment and do not convey equity, voting rights, advisory status, or any ownership interest in Scribeable LLC. Scribeable owes no fiduciary duty to Founding Physicians and retains sole discretion over product changes, pricing, availability, and program structure.
8. No review or endorsement requirement
Founding Physician pricing is not conditioned on writing a product review, posting public endorsements, participating in marketing content, or any other form of promotional activity. Members are welcome to share their experience through any honest channel of their choosing.
9. Guild eligibility
The Scribeable Clinician Guild is a separate program with its own eligibility process. Founding Physician status does not guarantee Guild admission; Guild admission does not confer or alter Founding Physician status.
10. Termination
Scribeable may terminate Founding Physician status for material violation of the Scribeable Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. Termination under this clause requires written notice and an opportunity to cure.
