Scoring
1=Mild/asymptomatic, 2=Moderate/limiting instrumental ADL, 3=Severe/limiting self-care ADL/hospitalization, 4=Life-threatening/urgent intervention, 5=Death.
Interpretation
Grade 1: Mild — continue treatment with monitoring. Grade 2: Moderate — consider dose reduction. Grade 3: Severe — hold treatment, manage toxicity. Grade 4: Life-threatening — discontinue, emergency management. Grade 5: Death related to adverse event.
