What works offline:

What requires internet:
- ✗ Generating notes from recordings
- ✗ Syncing to EHR
- ✗ Patient lookup
- ✗ Account changes
Automatic Sync
When you regain connectivity:
- Recordings upload automatically
- Notes generate in the background
- Edits sync to the cloud
- You'll get a notification when ready
Offline Storage
Managing offline storage:
- Recent notes cached automatically
- Recordings stored until uploaded
- Clear cache in Settings → Storage
- Typical usage: 50-200MB
