01Recording Issues

Recording won't start:

  • Check microphone permission in Settings
  • Restart the app
  • Ensure sufficient storage space

Poor audio quality:

  • Move closer to speakers
  • Reduce background noise
  • Clean your device's microphone
  • Remove any case covering the mic

02Note Generation Issues

Note generation stuck:

  • Check internet connection
  • Wait a few minutes—long recordings take time
  • Try force-closing and reopening the app

Inaccurate notes:

  • Review recording quality tips
  • Speak medical terms clearly
  • Use the regenerate feature for specific sections

03Sync Issues

Notes not syncing:

  • Check internet connection
  • Pull down to refresh
  • Sign out and back in
  • Check for app updates

EHR export failing:

  • Re-authenticate your EHR connection
  • Verify the encounter is still open
  • Check with your EHR admin
