Ask Your Doctor? Scribeable Flips the Script

Our finished clay animation borrows a familiar sunny-park setup and gives it one small flip: instead of telling you to ask your doctor, Scribeable asks the doctor when audio or chart context is ambiguous.
An AI medical scribe that checks its work
Scribeable is built by a practicing physician. Most AI scribes stop at the note. Scribeable validates the note, runs code-scored clinical calculators inside it, queues discussed orders for clinician approval, and provides one-click insert into web-based EHRs via the browser extension.
How it works
1. Listen and draft. Scribeable listens to the visit or dictation and drafts the clinical note.
2. Verify and ask. A separate verification pass checks the draft. When audio or chart context is ambiguous, it asks the clinician a clarifying question instead of guessing.
3. Run the calculators. 236 clinical calculators can run inside the note, code-scored rather than model-guessed.
4. Queue the orders. Orders discussed during the visit are extracted into a review queue. The clinician approves them before anything is placed.
5. Insert the note. One click inserts the finished note into any web-based EHR through the browser extension, with clipboard everywhere else.
Software effects may include clarifying questions, code-scored calculator results inside the note, orders awaiting clinician approval, and one-click insert into web-based EHRs.
