Ask Your Doctor? Scribeable Flips the Script

Our finished clay animation borrows a familiar sunny-park setup and gives it one small flip: instead of telling you to ask your doctor, Scribeable asks the doctor when audio or chart context is ambiguous.

An AI medical scribe that checks its work

Editor's note (2026-09-06): the calculator lines below originally said the calculators ran in the note. The claim Scribeable makes is computation: 236 clinical calculators are computed in code, not recalled by the model, and a detected disagreeing stated score is flagged for correction, except CHA2DS2-VASc, whose stated score is surfaced for adjudication rather than corrected. Whether a computed value is written into the note depends on how strongly the encounter calls for the calculator, and the self-report questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS, CAGE, AUDIT-C) and CHA2DS2-VASc are never written automatically. The body below is left as published.

Scribeable is built by a practicing physician. Most AI scribes stop at the note. Scribeable validates the note, runs code-scored clinical calculators inside it, queues discussed orders for clinician approval, and provides one-click insert into web-based EHRs via the browser extension.

How it works

1. Listen and draft. Scribeable listens to the visit or dictation and drafts the clinical note.

2. Verify and ask. A separate verification pass checks the draft. When audio or chart context is ambiguous, it asks the clinician a clarifying question instead of guessing.

3. Run the calculators. 236 clinical calculators can run inside the note, code-scored rather than model-guessed.

4. Queue the orders. Orders discussed during the visit are extracted into a review queue. The clinician approves them before anything is placed.

5. Insert the note. One click inserts the finished note into any web-based EHR through the browser extension, with clipboard everywhere else.

Start the 14-day trial at scribeable.ai. No sales call; a card on file, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Software effects may include clarifying questions, code-scored calculator results inside the note, orders awaiting clinician approval, and one-click insert into web-based EHRs.

Clinical calculators computed in code, not recalled by the model

Scribeable's registry is 239 clinical calculators, and 236 of them are computed in code, not recalled by the model. The components come from the transcript and the chart, and a score that can't be supported is left out.

Product

Rounding Mode: one recording for the whole service, one note per patient

Record the whole list once. Scribeable splits the recording per patient in the background, matches each one to their chart, and drafts the progress note, H&P, consult, or discharge summary you ask for.

Product

The after-visit summary comes from the note you already finished

Once the note is done, Scribeable drafts the plain-language after-visit summary from that same finished note, so the dose on the fridge magnet is the dose in the chart.
