Overview
Scribeable works alongside Cerner (Oracle Health) to streamline your clinical documentation:
- Generate AI-powered notes from patient encounters
- Export notes into PowerChart via browser extension or clipboard
- Compatible with Cerner documentation templates
- Works with Cerner's web-based interface
How It Works
Your workflow with Scribeable and Cerner:
- Record your patient encounter using the Scribeable app
- AI generates a complete clinical note in under 60 seconds
- Review and edit the note in the app
- Open the patient's chart in PowerChart
- Use the browser extension to insert the note, or copy and paste
Browser Extension Setup
For the smoothest Cerner workflow, install the Scribeable Chrome extension:
- Install the Scribeable extension from the Chrome Web Store
- Sign in with your Scribeable account
- Navigate to a patient's chart in PowerChart (web version)
- Click the Scribeable extension icon to insert your latest note
Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions:
- Extension not detecting fields: Make sure you're in an editable text area in PowerChart. Click into the note field first.
- Formatting issues: Try pasting as plain text (Ctrl+Shift+V) if formatting looks off.
- Extension not showing notes: Verify you're signed into the extension with the same account as the app.
