The Scribeable Manifesto

We build for physicians. DAX builds for hospitals.
That is not the same thing.

Every AI scribe on the market is sold through the same door: IT committees, CIOs, CMIOs. The people writing the check are not the people writing the notes. The product is shaped by what the buyer wants — integration breadth, enterprise controls, procurement compliance — not by what the clinician needs at 7pm on a Thursday with eighteen charts left open.

Scribeable is the other path.

A tool designed to pass a CIO's procurement checklist is a different product than a tool designed to get you out of clinic at 5.

"HIPAA-compliant" as a marketing sticker

HIPAA is table stakes. What matters is the architecture underneath it, the BAAs executed, the encryption you can verify.

Portable across every job you'll ever have. If your employer sells, you leave. Your documentation comes with you.

A product shaped by a practicing physician.

Scribeable is built by a DO who still rounds at 6am. The roadmap is set by what breaks in the real workflow, not by what a growth team thinks will demo well.

Radical transparency.

Our architecture is public. Our BAAs are named. Our models are named. Our pricing is accurate to the dollar. You should not have to trust us — you should be able to verify.

What we promise

  • We will not bury our pricing behind a demo call.
  • We will not add features designed to make you harder to leave.

If you leave, you take your notes with you. Every one of them, exported in a format you own.

You went to medical school to practice medicine. You were not told it would become a data-entry job.
