The Scribeable
A small physician advisory circle. A real roadmap vote. No equity, no NDA, no BS.
We're building an AI scribe around physician workflow, not employer demand. That means the physician voice has to be in the room when product decisions get made. The Guild is how we put it there — bounded, named, credited.
What the Guild is.
20–30 physicians
Year 1 cohort. Each named publicly (with consent) as a Guild member on this page.
Quarterly 60-min calls
Real product roadmap input, not a pep rally. Scheduled months ahead; async option if you can't make it.
Early feature access
2–4 weeks before public launch, with explicit ask for feedback. Not a perpetual beta — targeted, bounded.
A real vote
You see the next-quarter roadmap. You vote on what ships first. Majority holds.
Direct channel
A private Discord — scoped channels per specialty, a shared lobby, async roadmap votes. Members talk to us and to each other.
Public credit
Features shipped from Guild calls are publicly credited. Your name, your clinical expertise, your influence.
What the Guild isn't.
We are being explicit here because the default SaaS pattern is to rebrand a customer advisory board as something it isn't.
Year 1 cohort — what we're looking for.
Bounded on purpose. We review every application personally. If Year 1 is full, you're invited to Year 2 (starting April 2027).

What Scribeable commits
- Quarterly 60-min call on the calendar
- One 1-on-1 call in Year 1
- Early access to new features before public release
- Response within 48 hours on any Guild channel question
- Public credit when your input ships into the product
What You commits
- Attend (or async-respond to) quarterly calls
- One hour per quarter of async feedback on new features
- Willingness to be named publicly as a Guild member (optional)
- Candid feedback — positive or negative
Member roster publishes at Year 1 launch.
Members who consent to being named publicly appear here with their specialty and practice setting. Early Year 1 (April–May 2026) the list is still forming — we'll publish once we have the first 10 confirmed.

Join the private Scribeable Clinician Guild server and drop a short intro in #apply — your specialty, your practice setting, and one feature or workflow you'd want the Guild to get right. We review every application personally and respond within a week.
If Year 1 is full, you're auto-invited to Year 2 (April 2027).
