Getting Started

Transfer your first note

Follow these steps to seamlessly insert your clinical notes into any EHR.

STEP 01

Open your EHR and navigate to the patient

Log into your EHR system (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, etc.) and open the patient's chart where you want to insert the note. The extension will automatically detect which EHR you're using.

STEP 02

Click the Scribeable extension icon

Click the orange Scribeable icon in your browser toolbar (top-right). If you don't see it, click the puzzle piece icon and pin Scribeable for easy access.

Pro tip: Pin the extension

Click the puzzle icon → Find Scribeable → Click the pin icon

STEP 03

Choose your transfer method

Option A - 6-Digit Code: On your iPhone, open Scribeable, go to the note you want to transfer, tap "Share to EHR" and enter the 6-digit code in the extension.

Option B - Dashboard: Sign into your account in the extension and select from your recent notes, or click "Send to EHR" from dashboard.scribeable.ai.

STEP 04

Review and insert

Preview the note sections, verify the patient match, and click "Insert into EHR". The extension will automatically populate the correct fields in your EHR.
