- Generate clinical notes from recordings
- Improve our AI models (with consent)
- Provide customer support
- Send service-related communications
Data Retention
Our retention policies:
- Recordings: Deleted after processing (default) or retained per your settings
- Notes: Retained until you delete them
- Account data: Retained while account is active
- After cancellation: Data deleted within 30 days
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Export your data
- Delete your data
- Opt out of AI training
- Restrict processing
